#WorkatDoherty ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Supports On-Site Manager, Service Manager and Area Director to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all Doherty policies and procedures.
Interviews, hires and places the most qualified temporary employees.
Identifies temporary employees through recruiting and screening activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demands.
Ensures all paperwork conforms to company policies as it pertains to Doherty compliance practices.
Coordinates and schedules pre-employment drug testing, background checks and physicals as required by the client.
Fills and services client orders and communicates information on open orders to appropriate departments and management.
Maximizes use of Doherty s office technology to ensure optimum, cost effective, timely and high quality results.
ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVE KEY REQUIREMENTS Associate s degree (A.
A.
) from accredited college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, management, co-workers and customers alike, to achieve understanding and win-win outcomes Ability to work in and add value to a team environment WHY JOIN OUR TEAM? The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
